Food

There are a few things, foodwise, that I don't think I could live without. It's really funny because most of them you can't live on! The first of course is Kraft Dinner.

Kraft Dinner, and no I'm not being paid by Kraft (the concept of another person paying me to promote their product cracks me up as I am not famous enough for someone to want me to do that), I just love this stuff. It cooks in ten minutes, you need nothing but the Kraft Dinner, some Ketchup (if you're the ketchup type) some margerine (or butter as the case may be) and milk (assuming you're not lactose intollerant. You can replace the milk with water). I like to toss in some meat, like some polish sausage or some ham or something. Eat some carrots too. And a lime or you'll get scurvy.

Another thing is soup. I love soup. I could eat nothing but soup because soup actaully does have all four food groups (if you do it right). However I'll never eat it at a restaraunt. Soup comes in a can and can openers are cheaper than restaraunts. When I go to a fancy little dinner I expect food made by the world's most qualified chef (or more accuritly, McDonald's most qualified high school drop outs (I know, I know, they're not all drop outs)). But I digress. Soup is good. EAT SOME NOW.

Lastly on my list for today is tea. If you don't like tea then you're not making it right. Good tea does not come from a microwave. However, I know most of you don't own teapots so I'll tell you how to make tea at home with what you have.

First get a pot out, preferably a small one (if you're making a cup for yourself a small pot will boil the water faster). If you have a kettle then use a damn kettle. IT'S WHAT IT'S FOR! Bring the water to a boil. Then pour a little water into your cup. This brings the cup to the temperature of the water. If you have a teapot (most people don't) then pour a little into the teapot. Either way swish it around and pour it back out. Then put in your tea bag (or leaves if you're feeling adventurous) and pour the hot water over it. Try it. If you don't like it you have a few options still.

A slice of lemon is good. It goes in before the water but after the tea. Should be used with Earl Grey Tea mostly.

Milk is good and should be poured in after the water. Scratch that, I just read online (I'm doing tea research for you lot so be happy) that putting milk in after the water may be socially normal but it will sclad the milk so put it in before the water. I don't get how this wont scald the milk but it really doesn't matter to me that much.

Sugar. Yes, if you still don't like the tea use a sugar packet. Sigh.

My mom's a fan of blueberry tea. I enjoy mint tea. Everyone enjoys Earl Grey. As a matter of fact I will now go have an Earl Grey Tea.

Let it be known that I wrote this inbetween eating KD and drinking EGT.
